Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA), Lahore invites e-bids from technically and financially sound contractors/firms/suppliers registered on the e-procurement portal (e-PADS) as per PPRA regulations. Bidders must hold a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26 in the relevant category and meet the specialization codes listed in the bidding documents. Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and earnest money in the form of a bank guarantee is required as shown below.
