Tender: Purchase of Cabinets & Crates — National Electronics Complex of Pakistan (IFB Case No. 1138/2026-27)

National Electronics Complex of Pakistan invites sealed bids (Single Stage One Envelope Procedure) from manufacturers/suppliers in Pakistan registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for supply of cabinets and crates for FY 2026-27. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents on submission of a written request on firm letterhead and payment of the non-refundable tender fee. Bids must be accompanied by a 2% earnest money deposit (Pay Order/Demand Draft/Call Deposit) in favor of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan. The purchaser reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.

Eligibility & key instructions: Registered manufacturers/suppliers with valid NTN and Sales Tax registration. Bidding documents available from the NECP office; non-refundable tender fee required. Earnest money 2% of bid value payable as specified. Bidders should submit final prices; no negotiations will be allowed. PPRA 2004 conditions apply.
