HAZECO Tender PD(GSC)/HAZECO/NCB-01/2026-27 — Carriage, Foundation, Erection & Stringing Work for 2x11 kV Feeders

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-Bids under National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage One Envelope) for carriage of towers/poles and stringing material, construction of RCC and pile foundations, hill cutting, tower erection and stringing of LYNX conductor for crossing over river for two 11 kV feeders (Jalkot and Komila) — WAPDA depot work.

Key eligibility & requirements

- Registration with E-PADS and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) renewed for the year 2025-26 for the required financial categories and codes.

- Demonstrated construction experience as required by PEC (documented experience period specified in bidding documents).

- Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and on Active Taxpayer List as required.

- Completion experience and financial records as specified in the bidding documents; specific minimums and documentary evidence required.

- Annual Average Turnover (AATO) requirement: 70% of the estimated cost. Financial resources / cash flow requirement: 30% of the estimated cost.

Bid security & submission

- Bid security: 3% of the bid value in the shape of Pay Order or original CDR issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Project Director (GSC/HAZECO), Abbottabad.

- Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) portal. Complete bidding documents and instructions are available on the e-PADS portal and may also be obtained from the Office of the Project Director (GSC), HAZECO, Abbottabad.

- Bidders must comply with all documentary requirements; physical originals as specified (e.g., bid security) must be deposited before bid closing where required.
