PKHA Notice Inviting Electronic Tenders on EPAD System — Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority, Peshawar

Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA), Peshawar. PKHA invites electronic bids on the EPAD/e-procurement system from the firms pre-qualified by the Authority for various rehabilitation and improvement road works (ADP schemes).

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents, including the Engineer's Estimate, Instructions to Bidders (ITB), Conditions of Contract, and other relevant documents, are available on the PKHA website and the EPAD system (https://kpprocure.gov.pk) and may be downloaded for bidding purposes.

Submission method: Bidders must submit their electronic bids through the EPAD system (https://kpprocure.gov.pk). Original call deposits (bid securities) as specified in the bidding documents must also be provided in accordance with the procurement procedure; Bank Guarantees/Call Deposits from scheduled banks in favour of the PKHA/Managing Director (as specified in the bidding documents) will be accepted.

Bid security requirement: Bid security is specified as a percentage of the estimated cost (as shown in the bidding documents and on EPAD); bidders should follow the exact bid security requirement listed for each work package.

Pre-qualified bidders: Only firms pre-qualified by PKHA for the listed ADP works are eligible to submit electronic bids. Details of eligible firms and the specific work packages are provided in the bidding documents on EPAD.

Viewing and opening of bids: Electronic bids will be processed via the EPAD system. Original physical bid securities must be submitted as required prior to bid opening as per the PKHA procurement rules; refer to the downloaded bidding documents for the exact submission and opening procedures.
