PESCO Invitation to E-Bid — Supply of Transformers, 11 kV Distribution Hardware, Steel Structures & Insulators (Closing 2026-07-30)

Manager Material Management, Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of distribution transformers, 11 kV distribution hardware, 11 kV steel structures, and 11 kV insulators/dropout equipment under FY 2026-27.

Key instructions: Bidding documents are available and bids must be submitted online through ePADS v2.0. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents, in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank, in favour of CEO PESCO, Peshawar. Originals of required documents must be submitted in sealed envelope to Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarter, Shami Road, Peshawar, as per instructions in the bidding documents. Failure to submit required original documents before bid closing may render the bid non-responsive.

Submission & opening: Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-07-30 at 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on 2026-07-30 at 10:30 AM. Manual/physical bids that are not submitted via ePADS will not be accepted. Bidders not registered on ePADS should register prior to submission.
