| Key Skills & Expertise | Strong knowledge of branch banking operations, internal audit frameworks, regulatory compliance & risk management; experience handling internal & external audits; strong analytical, communication, leadership and team management skills; excellent organization and attention to detail. |
| Main Responsibilities | Review and analyse audit findings and coordinate remediation with regions; drive branch process improvements and service quality; oversee operational controls; provide guidance to branch managers; ensure timely reporting to senior management and alignment with regulatory requirements. |
