Key responsibilities include reviewing and coordinating resolution of branch audit findings, ensuring branches deliver quality and timely customer service, recommending SOPs and process improvements, supporting branch transformation and digital banking initiatives, monitoring regulatory/compliance matters, and managing and developing the operations team to achieve KPIs.
Required skills: strong knowledge of branch operations, internal controls and regulatory reporting; audit handling and analysis; analytical and risk assessment capabilities; excellent communication, report writing and organizational skills; attention to detail and proactive attitude.
