Auction Notice: Canteens at DHQ Hospital Mandi Bahauddin – Bids due 2026-07-10

Medical Superintendent, District Head Quarter (DHQ) Hospital Mandi Bahauddin invites eligible bidders for the auction of canteens at DHQ Hospital New Building (Murala Road), City Hospital Block and Children Hospital Block for the fiscal year 2026-27 (extendable up to three months on satisfactory performance).

Key instructions: Auction documents are available to download from the PPRA website and can be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Mandi Bahauddin on written request during office hours until 2026-07-10 11:00 AM. Scanned CNIC, relevant documents and bid security in favor of Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital, Mandi Bahauddin must be emailed to [email protected] before 2026-07-10 10:00 AM. The auction will be held by open bidding on 2026-07-27 at 12:30 PM in the presence of the concerned auction committee. The highest price offered will be accepted by the Auction Committee.

Additional notes: If the closing/submission date is a public holiday the next working day will be considered the last day for submission. If no bids are received or the auction is cancelled, a subsequent auction will be held on 2026-08-20; applications for that auction will be accepted from 2026-08-01 to 2026-08-08 until 10:00 AM. The Auction Committee reserves the right to cancel the process or reject proposals at any time prior to award without liability.
