The Privatisation Commission (Government of Pakistan) has extended deadlines for submission of Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the privatisation of three distribution companies: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO), Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) and Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). The sale is for acquisition of 51% to 100% share capital together with management control in each company.
