National Highway Authority (Maintenance Region M-14) invites e-bids from eligible contractors for one special maintenance package on Motorway M-14. Only contractors who are registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the Active Taxpayers List, and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration Category C-4 or above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10 are eligible to participate. Procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure via NHA's e-bidding system.
