MEPCO Tender Notices for Distribution Materials — Multan (E-Bids up to 2026-08-04)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites e-bids (Single Stage, One Envelope) for the procurement of assorted distribution materials for its distribution network. Procurement will follow PPRA Rules-2004 (amended). Bidders must submit bids through the MEPCO e-procurement system (EPADS 2.0); manual bids will not be accepted.

Scope: Multiple packages for distribution materials including (but not limited to) steel pins for cross arms, D-shackle assemblies, various dead-end clamps, nuts & bolts sets, LT & HT poles and structures, PVC 4-core cable, distribution transformers (25 kVA up to 200 kVA), different types of insulators (pin, disc, LT spool), stay wires, earth rods, connectors, anchor shackles, frames and other accessories. Each package has its own specification and tendered quantity as per MEPCO/NTDC specifications (amended to date).

Important notes for bidders:

• All bids must be submitted electronically via MEPCO's EPADS 2.0 e-procurement portal; manual/physical bids will be rejected.
• Bidders should review each package-specific specification and tender documents for exact tender quantities, lotting, bid security amounts, submission times and opening times.
• Follow PPRA rules and MEPCO procurement instructions contained in the bidding documents. Late bids will not be accepted.
