MEPCO Tender: Annual Contract for Recycling HT/LT Damaged Copper Winding Scrap (FY 2026-27)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites e-Bids for the Annual Contract for recycling HT/LT mixed damaged copper winding scrap into new paper-cover copper strips and new enamel copper wire of various sizes for reclamation workshops for the FY 2026-27. Bidding is conducted under Single Stage, One Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules (Amended to-date).

Issuer: Office of the Director (Procurement) Distribution, MEPCO Limited, MEPCO Complex, WAPDA Colony, Khanewal Road, Multan. Interested bidders must register on EPADS Version 2.0 and submit e-bids through EPADS; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security and other conditions apply as per bidding documents.
