Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites online bids through the E-PADS 2.0 e-auction system for disposal of unserviceable vehicles and meter scrap parked at the Regional Store, FESCO Faisalabad. Submission & inspection:
- Bids will be received through the E-Auction (E-PADS 2.0) system on 2026-08-10 up to 11:00 AM; opening at 11:30 AM on the same date.
- Bidders must register and participate via E-PADS 2.0 (vendor.epads.gov.pk/login). Bidders may revise bids through the portal until 11:00 AM on the auction date.
- Vehicles and materials can be inspected at the nominated location during working hours before the auction.
- Earnest money / bid security (fixed amount shown for each lot) must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker’s Cheque in favor of CEO FESCO and deposited with the Disposal Office before the E-Auction date/time; bids without required deposit will be rejected.
Other important conditions:
- Successful bidders must pay taxes and complete formalities within 21 working days of issuance of Letter of Acceptance.
- Registration with FBR is mandatory for participation in the e-auction and successful bidders must comply with all statutory obligations.
- FESCO reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and to withdraw any lot before auction without assigning any reason.
