Tender: Purchase of Cabinets & Crates — National Electronics Complex of Pakistan (FY 2026-27)

National Electronics Complex of Pakistan (AM Procurement) invites sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope procedure from manufacturers/suppliers in Pakistan registered with the Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for supply of items for FY 2026-2027. Bidding documents, eligibility, fee, submission and opening details are provided below.

How to obtain documents: Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions and specifications from the office of the undersigned on submission of a written request on the firm's letterhead along with payment of the non-refundable tender fee between 1000 hrs and 1600 hrs on working days. The bidding document is also available online at www.ppra.org.pk.

Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid value in the name of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft or Call Deposit.

Other conditions: Bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations will be allowed. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders (in part or whole) as per PPRA Rules 2004.
