MCB Bank Limited has instituted Suit No. 111 seeking recovery of Rs. 155,197.53 against Areej Rafiq. The defendant is summoned to appear before Banking Court No. V, Karachi on 04 August 2006 at 8:30 AM and to apply for leave to defend the suit within thirty (30) days from service.
Failure to appear or apply for leave to defend will permit the plaintiff to obtain a decree with costs. Any application for leave to defend must be a written statement summarizing the substantial questions of law and fact and specifying the evidence required to be recorded as per the ordinance cited.
