Banking Court No. V, Karachi (Judge Mr. Hatim Aziz Solangi) has issued a summons in Suit No. 121 of 2026 filed by Bank Alfalah Limited against Mst. Atia Masood for recovery of Rs. 753,309.15 under Section 9 of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, No. XLVI of 2001.
