The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KPHF) invites electronic pre-qualification applications from eligible and reputed automobile workshops/firms for repair and maintenance services of official vehicles of KPHF, Peshawar. Applications must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).

Key eligibility / conditions
  • Applicants must upload scanned copies of all required documents on EPADS (application format attached as Annex-II).
  • Only firms on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) will be entertained.
  • Income tax, stamp duty, professional tax or any other government taxes will be charged as per rules.
  • Bidders must be registered on EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System).
  • Bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA).
  • Bidder must provide an undertaking that it has not been declared blacklisted by any governmental or semi-governmental institution.
  • The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of the KP-PPRA Procurement Rules, 2014.
