Tender: Construction/Rehabilitation at Additional Secretary (Development) Office — EPADS (Peshawar)

Project Director/Additional Secretary (Development), Climate Change, Forestry, Environment & Wildlife Department, Civil Secretariat Peshawar invites bids through the EPADS e-procurement system for construction/rehabilitation work in the office of the Additional Secretary (Development) — Project Director Committee Room (civil).

Bids must be submitted via EPADS (eprocure.gov.pk) by 24 July 2026, 1:00 PM; hard copies must also be delivered to the Project Director's office. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM. Eligibility requirements include registration on EPADS, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026–2027, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and FBR/NTN (active) and sufficient relevant experience. A 2% earnest money in the form of an original call deposit is required. Estimated cost: Rs 10.00 million; time of completion as per work order.
