Tender: Supply of Office Computer Stationery, Toners and Drum Units — Peshawar

The Office of SSP/Admin Special Branch, on behalf of the Additional Inspector General of Police (Special Branch), Peshawar, invites sealed tenders from registered firms for supply of office computer stationery items, including toners and drum units, for the financial year 2026-27. Bids must be submitted via the E/PADS system and will be opened on 2026-08-05 (Wednesday) at 11:00.

Tenders will be evaluated on technical and financial basis under KPPRA rules. Registered firms only; NTN details must be provided. A 2% CDR of the total amount is required to be deposited with the SSP/Admin Special Branch and a 10% security deposit is also specified. The department may cancel one or all tenders under KPPRA Rule 47. Approved tender rates will remain valid until 2027-06-30.
