Issuer: Pakistan Meteorological Department (Project Implementation Unit) under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) — Modernization of Hydromet Services of PMD in Pakistan (MHSP). Selection Method: Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020).
