GIKI EOI for Outdoor LED Media Façade Installation at Auditorium (EOI No. GIKI/PD/ORIC-1138/26)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIKI) invites sealed Expressions of Interest from reputed OEMs or their authorized distributors/suppliers/dealers for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, configuration, testing and integration of an outdoor SMD/LED media façade / LED mesh / LED strip curtain for the Auditorium at GIKI, Topi. The proposed display size is approximately 30 x 35 ft. Only shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals.

Mandatory site visit and pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-21, 11:00–13:00. Sealed EOIs must reach the Deputy Director Procurement by 15:00 on 2026-07-30 and will be opened at 15:30 the same day. Minimum eligibility includes OEM status or OEM authorization (documentary proof), NTN and Sales Tax registration with appearance on FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL), a company profile, at least five years' relevant experience and completion of three similar projects, qualified technical staff, and an affidavit confirming not blacklisted.
