PIDC Invitation of Bids for Paving & Rehabilitation Works in Karachi (Multiple Packages)

Issuer: Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan). Office: 6th Floor, Extension Block, Bahria Complex IV, Gizri, Karachi.

Purpose: Invitation of bids for multiple civil works packages consisting primarily of providing and laying C.C. tuff pavers and related rehabilitation/road works in various Union Councils and towns of Karachi (Landhi, Korangi, Malir, Shah Faisal and other localities).

Procurement method: Single Stage One Envelope (electronic bidding through e-procurement as indicated). Eligible bidders must be validly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the specified category (C-6) where required.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Bids are invited for multiple separate contract packages (individual package details, estimated costs and bid securities are provided per package in the tender documents).
• Taxation: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) sales tax and other applicable taxes will be applicable as per rules.
• Interested firms should obtain detailed bidding documents and package-specific information from the issuing office and submit bids electronically as instructed in the tender documents.
