Submission and deadlines: Submit bids online on the Punjab e-procurement system (eP) via the portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) on or before 2026-08-03 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bid opening will be held the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Commercial and contract terms: Offered rates are on F.O.R. Jail Gate basis. Bid security in the form of CDR/PO in favor of Inspector General of Prisons, Punjab must be delivered to Inspectorate of Prisons, Punjab, Lahore and its scanned copy uploaded on the e-procurement system. A 5% Performance Guarantee (CDR/PO) will be required as per PPRA rules. Hard copies of bids submitted by hand will not be entertained.
