Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training partners to deliver a free High-Tech IT training programme with international certifications under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III.

Eligibility and key conditions:
- Principal/vendor partner applications accepted (academies/institutes). No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes and software houses preferred; provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes and institutions with satisfactory past performance in international certification delivery will be entertained. Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in Batch II international certifications will not be considered.
