CDA E-Bid: Development of Capital House, Sector F-5 Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-bids from qualified contractors/joint ventures for the EPC contract for the Development of Capital House in Sector F-5, Islamabad. Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and comply with the requirements in the bidding documents.

Key submission and eligibility details:

- Procurement method: Two-Stage Two-Envelopes in line with Rule 36(d), Public Procurement Rules and e-Procurement Regulations 2023.

- Bids must be submitted online via EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted.

- Technical bids must be accompanied by scanned copies of Bid Security (Pay Order/CDR) in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA, issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan. Original Bid Security must be delivered to the office of Director P&CA-I as stated below.

- EPC Contractor responsibilities include full compliance with specifications/standards and provision of a complete solution as detailed in the bidding documents.
