Ministry of Federal Education PMU Tender: Supply of Furniture for Danish School

Issuer: Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training — Project Management Unit (PMU).

Invitation to bid for the supply/provision of furniture for a Danish School under the PMU. Bids are invited from contractors duly enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and holding a valid PEC license.

Key conditions and instructions:

• Eligibility: Firms must be enlisted with PEC in the appropriate category and hold a valid PEC license.
• Bid security must be provided in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee in favour of the Project Director, PMU, from a scheduled bank in Pakistan and placed in the technical envelope.
• All bids must be submitted electronically through the ePADS (e-Procurement) system (ePADS version 2.0). Electronic bids must be submitted on or before the stated submission deadline.
• Electronic bids will be opened through ePADS at the specified opening time on the same day.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids in accordance with applicable PPRA rules and regulations.
