MTI Mardan Medical Complex — Invitation for Bids (EPADS) for Cafeteria and Maintenance Works (Aug 2026)

Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan Medical Complex Mardan invites sealed bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for the establishment of a cafeteria and maintenance & repair works under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014.

Eligibility & Conditions: Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (category C-6). Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of KPPRA Rules 2014. Bid security (as specified) must be provided in the permitted form. No conditional bids will be accepted.

How to obtain and submit documents: Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, and submission/upload instructions are available on EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders shall upload all mandatory and relevant documents along with the bid security on EPADS. Bids submitted by any other means (e-mail/fax/hand/courier where not permitted) will not be accepted.
