Tender: Supply of Nursery Plants & Fencing Material for 500 Hectares Block Plantation – Peshawar Forest Division (Nowshera)

Issuer: Divisional Forest Officer, Peshawar Forest Division, Nowshera. Procurement under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department for raising/establishment of plantations and urban/eco-system restoration under the Peshawar City Revitalization Plan.

Procurement will follow KPPRA Procurement Rules-2014 (Single Stage Single Envelope) through the EPADS e-procurement system. Interested and eligible nursery growers/owners registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax are invited to bid for supply/raising of plants and supply of fencing material as detailed below.

Key eligibility & submission requirements:

• Register and submit bids electronically via EPADS: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration before uploading bids on EPADS and by the bid deadline.
• Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Nursery growers should have valid Nursery Registration / Seed Certification as required by the relevant authorities.
• For some packages, registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category may be required (as specified in bidding documents).
• Original 2% CDR (earnest money) of the total bid price in the name of "Divisional Forest Officer Peshawar Forest Division Nowshera" must be submitted in a sealed envelope and reach the office before the bid opening time.
• All federal and provincial duties/stamp duty/taxes including KPTA will be recoverable as per rules. Incomplete or conditional proposals are not acceptable.
