TMA Drosh Re-Invitation for Bids – Supply/Fabrication of Mini Tippers, Tipping Trolleys & Loader

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Drosh. TMA invites bids under KPPRA Rules (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure) via the KPPRA e-Procurement (EPADS) portal for the supply and fabrication of municipal equipment as listed below.

Key instructions and terms:

1. Bidders must upload complete bids through the KPPRA e-Procurement (EPADS) portal. Technical bids will be opened on the portal in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

2. Deadline for submission: 2026-08-07 by 12:00 PM (sharp). Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.

3. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- must be submitted at the TMA office along with the application.

4. Bid security: 2% of the bid amount as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of TMO, TMA Drosh. Technical documents (including CDR) shall be submitted in hard form at the time of bid opening.

5. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.

6. Rates should be quoted for delivery to the TMA Drosh Office. Bidders must comply with terms and conditions provided in the bidding documents.

7. TMA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids on valid grounds as per KPPRA rules.
