Tender: Pavement, Street Lights & Green Belts Works at Amnawar, Buner (Prov. ADP 2025-26)

Assistant Director / Assistant Engineer LG&RDD Buner invite sealed tenders through the ePADS single-stage single-envelope procedure for the following Provincial ADP works (Financial Year 2025-26). Contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year.

Key conditions and submission instructions:

- Tender documents and NIT will be available for download from the official e-Procurement portal (eprocure.gkp.pk) and the KPPRA website after publishing the NIT.

- Bidders must upload bid documents to the ePADS system. Bid securities (as listed above) must also be uploaded and the original bid security delivered by courier to the Office of Assistant Director, LG&RDD, District Secretariat, Tehsil Daggar, District Buner before the bid closing time.

- Last date for online clarifications: 2026-07-14 12:30 PM.

- Bid validity: 120 days from date of opening. Rates quoted more than 20% below the Engineer's estimate must submit additional security and will be subject to Detailed Rate Analysis; non-responsive bids may be rejected.

- All applicable taxes will be recovered as per government directives. Contract will be awarded after verification of documents and subject to KPPRA rules.
