Issuer: Finance Department, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lower Mall, Lahore. Bid Reference: E&A(FD)Purchase-01/2026-27. Purpose: Purchase of stationery, computer stationery, printing, plant & machinery, IT equipment, entertainment & gifts, furniture & fixtures and related items.

Eligibility: Firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax, etc.). Bidding Documents (English) can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website or EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS/e-procurement systems.

Submission & Bid Security: All bids must be submitted on EPADS on or before the closing date and be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of Section Officer (E&A), Finance Department. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
