The Capital Development Authority (CDA) issues an addendum to its invitation to e-bid for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation works on Srinagar Highway (from Convention Center N-5), Islamabad Highway (from Faisal Mid-Chowk), Jinnah Avenue (from D-Chowk to F-11 Mark) and Murree Road (from Faizabad to Serena Chowk). Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk) as per the bidding documents; manual bids will not be accepted.
Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly at 12:00 hrs in the presence of bidders’ authorized representatives at the Office of the Director General (Environment), Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, 06-07-2026 at 1100 hours at the same venue. All other terms, including NIT cost and bid security, remain unchanged.
