The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued an addendum to its e-bid invitation for horticulture improvement/rehabilitation works on several Islamabad corridors, including Srinagar Highway, Islamabad Highway, Jinnah Avenue and Murree Road. Bidders must submit electronic bids through EPADS at eprocure.gov.pk; manual bids will not be accepted.
Deadline: Online bids due by 14 July 2026 at 11:30 hrs, with electronic technical bids opened the same day at 12:00 hrs at the Office of the Director General (Environment), CDA, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 06 July 2026 at 11:00 hrs at the same office; attendance is optional and bidders may submit queries before or during the meeting.
