E-Tender for Hiring Transport Services — Workers Welfare School Boys, Sahiwal (2026)

Issuer: Workers Welfare School, Sahiwal (operating under Punjab Workers Welfare Fund / Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab).

Purpose: e-Tenders are invited for hiring transport services (to provide pick and drop facilities for students) for the school for the years 2026-27 & 2027-28.

• Opening of Technical Bids on website: 2026-07-11 at 11:30 A.M.
• Opening of Financial Bids: 2026-07-22 at 11:00 A.M.

How to obtain & submit bids:

• Bidding documents are available free of cost on Punjab e-Procurement portal: http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and PPRA website: http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
• Procurement will be carried out through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) at http://eprocure.punjab.gov.pk. All interested applicants must register on EPADS to be eligible to participate.
• Submission must be made on EPADS on or before the date/time given above. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Bid security: A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated contract cost in favour of Principal, Workers Welfare School, Sahiwal is required. Original physical CDR must be submitted to the school office before the closing time of e-bid submission; failure to submit the original CDR will result in immediate rejection of the technical bid.
• Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure will be followed. Technical/Financial documents to be uploaded/submitted as per instructions on EPADS.
• Bids not conforming to terms, incomplete, unsigned or submitted through any other mode than EPADS will not be considered.
