Issuer: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Bahawalnagar (Office near Pull Fordwah).
Purpose: E-tenders are invited from registered engineering firms/contractors for multiple water supply, soling, culverts, sullage carrier and sewerage works in various mozas/tehsils of District Bahawalnagar. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement (PPRA) portal.
Important instructions: Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and must follow Punjab PPRA registration/procedure via the Punjab e-procurement website (www.punjab.eprocurement.gov.pk). All bidders must upload the earnest money in the form of CDR in favor of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Bahawalnagar equal to 5% of the estimated cost and fill rates on the website. Original CDRs must be submitted to the tender opening committee on the same day, at least one hour before bid opening, otherwise the bid will be considered non-responsive. Performance guarantee will be required as per PPRA Rule 56. Fake documents (e.g., forged CDR/receipts) will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Bids will be retrieved and rates announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
Submission and opening: After online submission, contractors may attend the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Bahawalnagar on 2026-07-18 at 01:00 PM for retrieval of bids; quoted rates/successful bidder(s) will be announced on the same date at 02:00 PM.
