Tender: Landscape / Horticulture Works at Mallir Industrial Park (Package-2)

Purpose: Sealed bids are invited from reputed contracting firms for landscape and horticulture works at Mallir Industrial Park – Package 2, Main Boulevard Section 1 & 2.

Key Instructions and Conditions:

• Submission Procedure: Single-stage, single-envelope sealed bids. Firms must possess valid PEC registration for the year 2025/26.
• Tender Documents: Available from the office of the undersigned on submission of a written request and upon payment of Rs. 2,500 as a non-refundable pay order in favour of "Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd". Documents available from 2026-06-30 during office hours.
• Bid Deadline: Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 1200 hrs on 2026-07-15. Bids will be opened at 1230 hrs on the same day in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives.
• Late Bids: Bids received after the due date/time will not be entertained. MIP will not be responsible for postal delays.
• Right to Reject: MIP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals under applicable rules and regulations.
