PIDCL Tenders — Water, Roads & Solar Works in Hyderabad (5 Packages)

Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan invites sealed tenders through the E-PADS 2.0 online platform for multiple PSDP civil, mechanical, electrical and allied works in Taluka City, Hyderabad. Bidding is under Single Stage Single Envelope procurement in accordance with PPRA rules. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and hold valid FBR/SRB registration.

Key submission details:

- Bidding documents are available and must be submitted online via the E-PADS portal (https://procure.gov.pk). A non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 per package is required to be paid to PIDCL.

- Bid security (in shape of Pay Order / Call Deposit) must be uploaded as a scanned copy with the bid; the original bid security must be delivered to the Office of the GM (F&A) / Chief Finance Officer, PIDCL, Bahria Complex-IV, 6th Floor Extension Block, Gizri, Karachi before bid opening.

- Prospective bidders should obtain bidding documents online and follow E-PADS 2.0 submission procedures. Late or conditional bids will not be accepted.
