EOI: Outdoor LED Media Façade for GIK Institute Auditorium, Topi (Swabi)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute) invites sealed Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from reputed OEMs or their authorized distributors/suppliers/dealers for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, configuration, testing and integration of an Outdoor SMD/LED Media Façade / LED Mesh / LED Strip Curtain for the Auditorium at GIK Institute, Topi, District Swabi. The proposed display size is approximately 30x35PL.

Eligibility includes OEM or OEM-authorized status, NTN and Sales Tax registration and inclusion on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, minimum five years' experience with at least three similar completed projects, qualified technical staff and no government blacklisting. Mandatory site visit and pre-bid meeting: 21 July 2026, 11:00–13:00. Sealed EOIs must reach the Deputy Director Procurement by 15:00 on 30 July 2026 (to be opened at 15:30 the same day).
