NGC Tender SM-CIVIL-FO-HYD-01-2026-27 — Rehabilitation of Parking Shed at 220kV Grid Station

National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC) invites e-bids under Single Stage One Envelope procedure (National Competitive Bidding) from eligible firms for civil works. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by the stated deadline.

Key requirements and conditions:

Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (with valid PEC license), registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and relevant provincial revenue authority/board, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List.

All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount shown above. Bid security shall be in the shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of the Executive Engineer Civil Division GSO(S) NTDC, Hyderabad, and must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0; the original hard copy must be delivered before the closing date/time, otherwise the e-bid will be rejected.

Bidders must submit complete bids quoting for the full scope of work; partial bids will be rejected. All bidders must complete the checklist before submission as a mandatory requirement. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
