Notice Inviting e-Bids for Multiple Civil Works — LG&RDD Tehsil HQ Upper Mohmand

Assistant Director LG&RDD Tehsil HQ Upper Mohmand invites sealed e-tenders (single stage single envelope) through the EPADS e-procurement system for the following works. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal; contractors must be registered with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy and with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (relevant category/codes as required).

- Tender documents can be downloaded and uploaded online via the official EPADS website (portal.kpp.eprocure or portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk) after publishing the NIT. The KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk) will also host the notice.

- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa centralized enlistment policy for the current financial year; relevant PEC category (e.g., C5 or above where specified) and codes are required.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of call deposit in favor of Assistant Director LG&RDD Tehsil HQ Upper Mohmand. All bidders must enter bid security details (2% CDR and additional CDR where applicable) into the EPADS system at time of bidding.

- Bid validity: bids remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of bids.

- Last date/time for online submission of electronic tender forms: 2026-08-03 at 11:00 AM. Electronic opening of bids: 2026-08-03 at 12:30 PM.

- Last date/time for online clarifications: up to 05:00 PM on 2026-07-22.

- Time for completion of each scheme shall be as specified in the work order. In cases where quoted rates are more than 20% below, detailed rate analysis and justifiable supporting documentation must be provided.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject bids as per KPPRA rules and applicable Punjab/KP procurement regulations. Contractors must be active taxpayers.
