DHQ Teaching Hospital Kohat Tender — Medicines, Surgical Disposables, Lab Tests and CT/MRI Services for Sehat Sahulat Program (E-PADS)

DHQ Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) from firms/suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and holding a valid Drug Sales License under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Drug Sales Rules (1982, amended 2017) for supply of medicines, surgical disposables and provision of laboratory and diagnostic services (CT and MRI) for Sehat Sahulat Program patients for FY 2026-2027. Procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope (Technical/Financial) procedure under KPPRA rules.

Key submission & eligibility instructions:

- Electronic bids must be submitted via E-PADS before the deadline; manual bids will not be accepted.

- Scanned documents must be uploaded on E-PADS. The original bid security (Call Deposit Receipt) must also be delivered to the office of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat before closing time.

- Bidders must be registered with KPRA for withholding tax.

- Bidders should quote a single highest possible discount on Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for medicines/items and on Standard Market Rate (SMR) for diagnostic services. No conditional or late bids will be accepted.

- The procuring agency may cancel the bidding process under applicable KPPRA rules.
