PESCO E-Bid Invitation: Procurement of Computer Stationery & Computer Media Items (FY 2026-27)

Peshawar Electricity Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders to submit e-bids on EPADS v2.0 for the supply of computer stationery and computer media items for MIS PESCO for FY 2026-27. Bids must follow the requirements set out in the bidding documents and be accompanied by the required bid security.

Key submission & opening dates: Last date and time for e-submission: 2026-07-29 at 10:00 AM. E-bid opening (EPADS v2.0): 2026-07-29 at 10:30 AM.

Bid security & original documents: All bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security amount specified in the bidding documents in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan. The original Bid Security, with a covering letter, must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Room No. 311, Manager Material Management Directorate, PESCO H/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar, before the bid closing time; failing which the bid will be treated as non-responsive.

How to apply: Submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0. Vendors not yet registered must register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. A tutorial on the registration/EPADS process is available online as referenced in the bidding documents.

Other important notes: E-bidding documents contain detailed terms, conditions, specifications, quantities and required documents. The Procuring Agency may reject bids that are conditional or not in compliance. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
