Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) inviting registered training institutes/partners to deliver free High-Tech IT training with international certifications under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III.

Eligibility & key conditions:
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- Principal / vendor partner (academies / institutes) and IT institutes / software houses preferred.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be considered.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in International Certifications (Batch II) will not be entertained.
