MEPCO ICB Tender 01/ICB — Procurement & Installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites international competitive bids (e-bids) on DDP basis for the procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC Specification No. PMC-DS-01-2026.

Bidding Procedure and Requirements:

- E-bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 at www.pa.epads.gov.pk. Interested eligible bidders are requested to register and submit documents on EPADS 2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted.

- Original bid security/guarantee in fixed amount (as specified in bidding documents) must be provided in acceptable forms: Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Executive Officer, MEPCO Multan. The original must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the tender No. & title and delivered to the office of Director (Procurement) Distribution, MEPCO, Multan. Bids not accompanied by the required original bid security may be rejected.
