PESCO E-Bid: Independent Third-Party IT Audit Services (Tender P53111) — Closing 2026-07-20

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites e-bids for the procurement of services to engage an independent third-party auditor to conduct an audit of the PESCO IT system under Tender No. P53111 / 2026-27/MM-03. Bidders must submit E-Bids via EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk); manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security (Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled Pakistani bank in favor of CEO PESCO) is required and the original must be delivered in a sealed envelope to Room No. 310, MM Directorate, PESCO H/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar, on or before the closing time.

Deadline for E-bid submission is 2026-07-20 at 10:00 AM; e-bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-13 at 10:00 AM in Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar. Vendors should register on EPADS v2.0 if not already registered.
