Pakistan Navy Tender Notice — Provision of Services (Pollution Control & Sea Debris Removal)

Pakistan Navy (Environmental Protection Officer, Pakistan Navy Dockyard) invites sealed technical and financial proposals from reputed GST, SST and Income Tax registered firms for provision of the following services. Bidding documents and criteria may be obtained from PN Dockyard (CD/NHM (K) Sectt / EPO). Firms must submit GST Registration and NTN certificate copies.

Key instructions: Submit separate sealed technical and financial proposals addressed to the Environmental Protection Officer, PN Dockyard. Bid security must be submitted by pay order/crossed cheque. While awarding, a 5% performance guarantee of the total contract value will be required (pay order/bank guarantee); 2% of bid security will be returned on receipt of the performance guarantee. Bids must be valid for 90 days. Standard integrity pact and other documents as per bidding document must be submitted. PN Dockyard reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Submission & opening times: Proposals must reach by 10:00 AM on 2026-07-20 (closing). Opening will be at 11:00 AM on 2026-07-20 in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
