AHK-NCRD Invitation to e-Bids for Solarization, Non-Core Services and Security Services (Closing 2026-07-15)

Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development (AHK-NCRD), Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) in accordance with updated PPRA e-Procurement regulations for supply & installation of solarization and hiring/provision of non-core and security services at the AHK-NCRD complex.

Key submission and eligibility information:

- Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS (eprocure.gov.pk). Tender documents and detailed terms & conditions can be downloaded from the PPRA website and the AHK-NCRD official website (www.ncrd.gov.pk) free of cost.

- Firms must be registered with relevant authorities (PPRA and FBR) and meet the eligibility criteria set out in the bidding documents. Specific requirements for Sr. #1 (solarization) include requisite registration/approvals as specified in the tender documents.

- Bid security must be provided as specified above. Bid security in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bankers Cheque in favour of Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development is required as per the bidding instructions.

- Scanned copies of all required documents must be uploaded on E-PADS. Original instruments/documents should be submitted as instructed in the bidding documents.

- An affidavit on stamp paper (as specified in the tender documents) stating that the firm has not been blacklisted is required.
