Tender: Independence Day 14 August 2026 Arrangements — Municipal Committee Mandi Bahauddin

Municipal Committee Mandi Bahauddin invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/) under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for arrangements of Independence Day (14 August 2026). Bidding documents are available for download free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted online on the portal.

Key requirements: bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and have valid company/contractor registrations (PEC, SECP, FBR, PRA as applicable). Scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on the e-Procurement System and the original bank receipt of bid security must be submitted to the Municipal Committee office by 12:30 PM on the closing date or the bid will be declared non-responsive. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount (in form of Call Deposit from a scheduled bank) within 7 days of receipt of the work order, in accordance with section 56 of PPRA Rules 2014.

Late, incomplete, ambiguous or un-validated bids will not be entertained. The Municipal Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
