Deputy Inspector General of Police, Operations, Lahore invites e-bids (framework contract) for Financial Year 2026-2027 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from reputable and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Procurement will be made through electronic means (EPADS) under Rule 12 of PPRA. Bidding documents and specifications can be downloaded online from PPRA and EPADS websites.
Key submission details: E-Bids will be received until 28-07-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their representatives. Original bid security (3% of estimated cost) must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number before e-bid submission. Performance guarantee will be required as per PPRA Rules (1% to 5% of contract value as applicable). Late offers will not be allowed.
