Issuer: PHA Foundation, Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan. PHA Foundation invites an open competition (Expression of Interest) for appointment of advertising agencies to its panel to handle publicity assignments for a period of two years.
Eligible parties: All PID-enlisted advertising agencies are requested to submit agency profiles and creative materials for the listed media types and themes.
